Kamloops Brocation
March 21, 2008Published by mrdevinciKamloops was a meeting area for many bikers this week. Riders from the island, lower mainland and other parts of the interior took over the Bike Ranch and numerous other spots in kamloops. There were great expectations for the trip, and luckily the weather held out which made for great bicycle riding. Names like Graham Agassiz, Dylan Sherrard, Shrew, Luke Fulton, Casey Groves, Stirling Grassick, Mitch Chubey and many others made apperances through out the week.
Day 1 Here are some pictures of a fun session today. Didn't get any pics at the step up sesh later though, because it was too dark. Wylie's pictures he was stoked on:   My pics while i wasn't filming:       And here is like the most epic pic I've ever taken. The lighting was PERFECT with the sun was just hitting the jump and left a dark background. This will probably be my favorite shot of the whole week!  Day 2 Wylie took all of these as I was too busy trying to spin and filming:    Day 4 Day 4 was radish. I monster trucked a Commencal with Mtn. shox and filmed with Casey at the step up where we saw Ambrose! His camera made me cream. Whilst Cam/Marshall/Ginger native Wylie took yummy DH pics.    Day 5 Rode the Starfox Galaxy jumps with Stirling, Benton and some other rad duders. Twas a good day, Matt came and picked us up, then we picked up Casey, went to Benton's jumps and had another sesh there with the French kid and others.    Day 6 Ended the trip in Kelowna with Stirling, Casey and the rest of the crew. Kinda dark so not a ton of pics or anything, but it was a fun day. So I would just like to thank everyone for the fun times in Kamloops, Kelowna and for putting up with our retarded clothes!  -Brock |

Amazing riding, some of the worlds best snowboarding, super friendly people, awesome food, beautiful scenery, high standard of living, mega cheap compared to the UK... to name but a few things.
